Sorry to hear the issue is still happening, from the notes it looks like you were asked to try using the TV Control app by our support team. Were you able to do this?
To watch recordings using the Virgin TV Control app, you can do the following:
- Ensure your device is connected to your Hub's WiFi
- Open the app
- Go to My Shows
- Select the show you want to watch
- Press Watch Now
- Select mobile or tablet
