Problems with Sky Sports mobile

Have been watching Sky sports on the mobile for a number of years. Suddenly when required to login it says passkey not verified, sends an email to verify, I verify the email and it then it gives an “Access Denied” error and that’s as far as I get. Anyone else having problems? Thanks

    Have you gone over the device limit?

    Have you signed up for the joint VM - O2 new login?

    If not please do try this.

  • Hi, No, only one device in use for Sky Sports and none currently logged in. I am using the new VM-O2 login. Any other ideas?

      Thank you for confirming this, what error are you getting?

      Have you recently updated your phone at all?

      Does it ever work or is it 50 / 50 for example?

  • Changed to 360 boxes about a year ago but have used the Sky App since then. I have full sky sports subscription. I’ll try removing and reinstalling the sky sports app. No problem accessing other virgin account areas. Thanks

      Deleted and reloaded the app with exactly the same result! Any ideas?
