Oops something went wrong, try again later.

Getting above message when trying to watch live tv. Spent 40 minutes on phone trying to resolve issue. Also unable to register my laptop in register devices. It's saying I have no devices registered. This is driving me mad as I have spent 3 days trying to get this to work!

    In the first instance, check out this help page on using TV GO ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://virg.in/tvgohowto which lets you know all the information you may need about compatible devices and software, how to register for TV go and what to do if there are issues. Check out the section titled 'What should I do if I canโ€™t sign in to Virgin TV Go?'.

      Hi Molly_T Thanks for reply. I have tried all suggestions tvgohowto with no solution to my problem. I have tried with win 11 app and the web site.  Tried on laptop, ipad and iphone. I can sign in but get Oops message and will not register any devices. Using browsers Chrome, Safari, Edge and Opera. Please can you help?

        Are you able to try this via a laptop or PC to see if you get the same issues?
