Oops... Something went wrong. Please try again later.

I've just switched over to Virgin media, my box doesn't even arrive till tomorrow and I'm already considering leaving. I'm trying to create an account, I get to the below link, and I get greeted with the Oops... Something went wrong. Please try again later. error when I submit.

I get this error on the app, on my phone, on my laptop and my computer, across multiple browsers, I've followed every step mentioned when speaking to someone on X but nothing has worked. Does anyone have an advice?

    It's generally the case that you can't register for an account until after the services have been activated.

      Pleased  to read that you have now been activated. Sadly there's currently a known issue at present with new account registrations.

      Sorry to hear about your difficulties registering for My VM. 

      The community are correct, we sadly do have a known issue with the site at the moment.
