Oops something went wrong

So I’m hoping someone here can help me! When I log into MY VIRGIN MEDIA and go to my account settings and email settings I get this error! I have spoken to VM and that’s is like Groundhog Day!

Additionally I can’t get access to my  emails, get FORBIDDEN error, I’ve been told that the first error (oops) needs to be fixed first…. However 3 weeks later I still have the issue and no emails.
