Maximum Number of Devices

I've had a message saying I have reached the maximum number of devices. I only use two and have used nothing additional this month.

How do I get this sorted ?

    Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear of the issues that you are having with devices. This may be down to historical shadows of former devices or the same device replicating itself.
