Maximum no of devices
Anyone else still struggling with app not saving your devices so constantly having to re add? Thought Virgin were supposed to have fixed this issue.
Hi Mayo4 thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised regarding TV Go devices.
We aren't aware of any known issues regarding this anymore but can you confirm if you've tried deleting your cache/cookies on your browser, as this may help?
