Issues with TV go app - device management issue

I have 5 devices registered on virgin TV go and have tried to use one of the devices registered and get you have reached the maximum number of devices and can't add another devices until the 1st may 

The device i am trying to use is registered already and my father in law who also lives in the same house hold and has the same issue on his iPhone 

Is there anyway to get my devices reset please so we can start again as clearly there is a bug 

We have tried to use a registered tablet and this works fine 

Can someone please help to reset my devices
