I'm Unable to Use Virgin TV Go

I tried yesterday & just now & was told I have used the maximum number of devices & to use 1 of my registered devices. On checking, all 5 devices are My Computer-Edge. How do I use one of them? I only ever use my laptop to use TV Go & have recently cleared my cookies & cache & am now no longer able to use it until Feb 1st

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV go devices. If you clear your cache and cookies you would need to re-register your device as the TV Go app wouldn't recognise the device as already being registered. I'd be happy to take a further look into this for you but first I would need to confirm a few details via private message, please look out for my message and we can get started. Also if you don't see this message until tomorrow, your device limits will have already reset and we wouldn't to take any further action.

  • Hello Ian,

    When you try to use a new device it will ask you register the device and will let you override an existing device. Please give it a try and let me know if that works for you 👍
