I can't register my iphone 15 pro max on virgin tv go.

I can't register my iphone 15 pro max on virgin tv go app. i get a message saying " Sorry - we can't play this at the moment - 1003"

    Sorry to hear of TV Go not working. Have you got a VPN on your iPhone?

      Hi, I have the same issue as above and I don’t have a vpn.

      I can login on the app fine but when I want to watch something it says

      " Sorry - we can't play this at the moment - 1003"

        I'm sorry to hear that you're also having some trouble with Virgin TV Go on your handset. Is the device registered on your Virgin TV Go account? Is this affecting all content that you're trying to watch, or only certain content?

        Can you also check and ensure you have the latest version of iOS and the latest version of the app installed?

  • I have a similar problem. My unregistered device (iPhone 15) does not prompt to become a registered device. Every channel in TV Go then say unavailable due to copyright. That's every channel!

      Can you confirm if you have the latest version of the app and IOS on the device?

      Are you using a VPN?
