Device Registration
Hi,
We’re constantly having issues registering our devices for the virgin tv go app. Every time we come off the app it says we need to sign in and re register the device despite it already showing in the list as registered. It’s a constant thing and obviously with the limited changes per month, it is becoming a bit of a ball-ache. Please can you assist us? Judging by the numbers of discussions on this issue it seems to be a recurring problem. Any remidies for this? For info, we have cleared cookies and cache on computers and it hasn’t resolved
