Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with accessing your Sky Sports app!
Are you getting any errors when you try to manage your devices? Have you taken a look at our How To Use The Sky Sports App to see if this can help?
Have you tried to reset all registered devices so that you can re add the necessary devices?

There seem to be a problem when trying to manage Sky devices on the virgin tv go app. Just logs you out and says that this app is only for virgin customers. I’m not the only person expecting this. Very frustrating. Tried calling someone but they weren’t much help.

The first time I called the operator did reset my devices on the Virgin tv go app, but did not resolve the sky sports issue.

Having recently switched phones I’m having a similar issue and no devices are showing registered, although I know some should be.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi,
I appear to be experiencing exactly the same issue. The sky sports app says I’ve reached my device limit, and show no registered sky devices in My Account.

Hi,
It’s been happening for a couple of weeks.
The message states i have reached the number of devices, but only use the App on one device.
When i go to My Account and into manage Sky devices, it shows no devices being used, so i can’t delete anything.

Thank you for the above information, have you tried clearing all Cache and Cookies from your device you use ands also remove the app and re-install it?
