Cant login to Sky Sports

Hi I cannt login to Sky Sports on ym laptop using Firefox, after enetering my password I get the following mnessage

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://accounts.id.bskyb.com/sign-in/error?" on this server.

I tried Edge to login but after getting to the virgin media screen it asks me to subscribe

I have managed to download Chrome and it seems to work!!!

    Just an update I can now login using Firefox which is my prefered browser, still doesnt work on edge, but happy for this thread to be closed / deleted
