Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties with the TVGO service via your laptop. It may be helpful to have a read through this help page 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/tv/how-to-use-virgin-tv-go-app .Following that, we'd recommend trying to clear the cookies & Cache on your device, and then re-load it.
Failing this, also try an alternative browser.
