When tv and box on

We had a replacement 360 box in about 6 weeks ago as it kept deleting recordings and app log in. But I can’t remember if this problem started before then.

It's possible that the TVGo app is still linked to the old faulty 360 box. You can check this by opening the TVGo app and clicking on the round 'head' icon.
On the next screen click on Settings, then under the support section click on Diagnostics.
This will open a diagnostics screen full of information relating to both the app and the connection to the 360 box. Make a note of the text showing next to the CPE 1 ID entry in the TVGO app.
Now on your TV360 box go to Settings > Info > About > and check the Virgin TV Box Serial Number. This should be the same as the CPE 1 ID entry text in the TVGO app. If it is different then it looks like the old box is still linked.

Thank you for these detailed instructions. Just checked and the serial numbers are the same.
I’ve also checked again with app and no joy to be able to record remotely.
I’ve also checked on the app and in settings Virgin TV remote recording is ticked.

Hello MumD,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV GO and 360 box at the moment.
Is this happening when you're connected to your home WiFi network or when you're using mobile data?
Does this happen for everything that you try to set to record via the TV GO app?
Kind Regards,
Steven_L
