slow ethernet speeds

So guys and girls, not been around for a while.

I have a problem over the last month or so my Internet by ethernet has been informing between 80-90 when being on 350, as I was out contract I have just renew and managed to upgrade as well to 500 so here I am getting 280-380 with 52 upload, so I do not believe it is internal problem.

I have check internal cable, re-tightened connections, restarted the router  also check with single PC connected by Ethernet and still maxing out at about 380.

Not had a chance to check stats but will get these uploaded in the morning as currently typing on mobile.

Do not know if I have missed anything, also checked fault checker and no issues  but when using the online tester it comes back to speak to some one!

    Hello Guys

    Back home and after doing a lot of swapping around of cable and switches etc, I have now resovled the problem.

    Connect PC directly to hub in modem mode with no router over night if slow check link speed
