Poor upload speed constant packet loss

Been having poor upload speed and constant packet loss for a good few weeks now ,  i was getting dms from a virgin rep ,but apparently i cant dm anymore because I've maxed out the amount of dms ,so if anyone from virgin can help me plz ,would be most grateful
