normal download speeds but lower than expected upload speeds.

I've been with vm for about a year now, not had that many problems with it apart from the occasional outage in my area. but recently I've been getting extremely low upload speeds, from the 100 or something I'm meant to be getting I'm only getting 10. and I don't know what made it so slow, since the download speeds have stayed somewhat consistent at around 900-1000

this is what I'm supposed to be getting ^

this is what the vm app says I'm getting ^

this is what I'm getting currently on my phone ^

and the problem is most noticeable on play Playstation^ constantly lagging in games and "sounding like a robot" in party chats sometimes
