Having issues with broadband over the last few days getting massive lag spikes in multiple games. Speedtests are sporadic one moment it looks ok getting over 900mbps(normal with 1gb ethernet) with 105mbps upload then after a spike check again and its dropped to 600-700mbps with upload at 50-60mbps.

Forum TeamFrom checking the account, we can see the download speeds at present are averaging 1097Mbps and upload is showing as averaging 102Mbps, there has been one disconnection in the last five which is an improvement on the previous week.
But checking the levels, there is some issues with the downstream power levels which will require a visit.
