Intermitent packet loss

Seeing a bit of packet loss on stream and voice calls and I can see it on BQM

Can anyone see anything in the below data which might point to the issue? I have run checks on the Status Checker and it all comes back fine. Restarts the hub several times as still seeing it.

  • Hi Rwilliams100 thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised.

    We've ran some checks on our lines and we can't see any faults at present time, so can you confirm if you're still having any issues?

      Nothing wrong you say? should the upstream Modulation by QAM 64 in 2025?
