Hub 5 Keep dropping

After upgrading from hub3 ever i never had this issues hub5 keep dropping connection too much day and night can i have my hub3 back i would be much happier, app its super annoying to report issues i need some one to send someone to change this router

    Firstly... Can we check… are your issues only evident on wifi connections or do you see them at the same times on devices connected on ethernet cables? If you don't know, can you check on one to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi issue or it could be network connection/Hub related?

  • unfortunately its happens on wifi and cable like it getting worst i try reboot reset its not my cable outside or inside as the hub3 never gave me any issues for 4 years it just happen after receiving this new or used hub5

  • what is virgin number for engineers 3 weeks now with issues after 16years with virgin never had such a bad service as i having now

      I have taken a look and can see a few issues with the Hub specs that will require an engineer to take a look. I will pop you a private message so we can take a look.
