I’ve been struggling with high latency spikes for months. I’m running my hub in normal router mode (not as a modem) and whether I plug directly to the hub or go via wifi, these spikes ruin online gaming. What can I do to fix this? Is it a bad router? Do I have a bad signal? Is it a fundamental VM problem?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with your service, which is affecting your gaming. I've taken a look on our side, and can see there is some noise on your line, and some other signal levels are out of specification.
