download latency is 489 ,, is that bad?

Just started with VM an hour ago all seems to be working ok,but the download latency is 489.is this poor?

When son turns up weekend he'll be stretching it to the max,is this going to be an issue?

    Well its bad if you was to play a game when downloading maybe even watch a  video

    The way to get low latency  when download or upload up is a router with BWM/QoS

    share a screen shot of the Full Test so we can see the figures to the VM Hub and your Device.

    Useless is posting a spurious claim of latency or packet loss that is not evidenced.
