Disconnects and Below Minimum Speed
Since 3rd Sept 2025 been getting constant Disconnects and my speed is below the 512 Minimum stated in Contract.
First it started with text messages - Broadband, Voice, TV Vault we have identified the problem and a engineer is on the way.
the engineer is on site and working to fix the problem then postponed a day and then estimated until the Friday 12th Sept 2025 said it was fixed and that is when the problems started.

And to make things a kick in the teeth I only recently renewed my contract since for the first month i been getting no issues and 1.1gb speed.
Engineer wont come out til Friday and If I want them to come sooner the lady on the phone said Well if you pay an extra 9.99 we can send someone out next day! like she knew the problems will persist even if i pay the extra.
I live in the Christchurch area Dorset.
