Can somebody check my BQM with Gig1

Hello,

Would any of you experts like to check my BQM, please.

I've been experiencing a fair bit of slow streaming and lag and the connection just generally feels a little sluggish. For the most part my house is hard wired with 2.5Gb ethernet but obviously not every device supports that.

Recently my neighbour has had VM installed and they have tapped off our external brown plastic box, I questioned them and they said it would be temporary and somebody else would come to install another line but this has not happened. Well, to the best of my knowledge anyway.

I can share logs from my hub but I'm not sure what is required.

  • I am unable to complete the samknows real speed test as it says not available on this network. I am using a TUF Gaming AX6000 (TUF-AX6000) router connected to a hub5 in modem mode, sorry I forgot to include that earlier!

How to get stats from a VM hub (no need to logon to the hub)

Open a web browser and go to 192.168.0.1 router mode or 192.168.100.1 modem mode

    • Click on the “> Check router status” button
    • Click on the “Downstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply, do not take a screen shot
    • Click on the “Upstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply
    • Click on the “Networking” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply.
      • Do NOT post photos or screen shots they will be rejected as they contain MAC addresses. The board software will automatically change MAC addresses to **:** if done as above.

If you look at the live BQM it shows fine

If you're looking for packet loss, yes it's fine. Just one spike that may be a speed test.

But latency never below 20mS isn't wonderful.

As long as your power levels to the Hub are okay, tapping off your Omnibox will not make any difference.  They are all shared from the street cabinet in any case.

What does this site show when you run the FULL set of wired tests.  Post the results please.

Also are you testing via cable or Wifi?  Can you post your power levels and network log for comment.  The BQM looks fine at the moment.
