There’s a broadband issue in Torquay, which started on Friday (5th July) and the website is saying it's not due to be fixed until 12th July. I think 7 days without a reliable internet connection is pretty poor. Will there be compensation for affected customers?
Yes you should get compensation for each day after the first two full days. It should be automatic but check. You might have to demand it.
What is being reported on the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.
