Check network connections between the VM Hub and computers etc are at a link speed of 1000Mb/s,
if you find network cable connections have de-rated to 100Mb/s suspect a defective network cable.- SirAGFCOn our wavelength
The cables are fine and wouldn't have any impact on my ridiculous latency (unless i'm mistaken?)

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub for comment
