Your service hasn’t been installed yet

So my QuickStart pack arrived today, connected it all up and the router just has a green flashing light all day.

Logging into my account it says sorry your order is delayed and still says out for delivery, the next part "Ready to Activate" is grayed out.

When I check the service status in my account it says "Your service hasn’t been installed yet"

Do I have to wait a period of time or will it come on sometime soon.
