I live in London W3 7. We were told of some works being done to our service on 21 November. Since then I have had very poor internet and no tv service for the past few days. I have been given 9 updates by text. The latest now says they expect it to be fixed by 23 December- a full month since the issue began. I am in despair as I can’t get hold of anybody to speak to about this. Why is it taking so long?!!

We're really sorry to hear you're currently affected by an outage, we completely appreciate the inconvenience caused, especially around the holidays. We can see that the outage is raised under the reference F011587746. It's an SNR (signal to noise ratio) outage - these types of outages can be quite complex and tricky to locate, which may explain why it's taking a little longer to resolve than we'd hope.
Please know we'll be doing everything we can to get this issue sorted as soon as possible.
