We're really sorry to hear you're currently affected by an outage, we completely appreciate the inconvenience caused, especially around the holidays. We can see that the outage is raised under the reference F011587746. It's an SNR (signal to noise ratio) outage - these types of outages can be quite complex and tricky to locate, which may explain why it's taking a little longer to resolve than we'd hope.
Please know we'll be doing everything we can to get this issue sorted as soon as possible.
