How long does upgrade take
Hi
I signed up to upgrade to volt last week adding a sim and upgrading speed to 1Gb, I got the contract emails last Thursday morning then nothing since,no sim card or nothing,is this normal please,I already have the latest hub so no kit is required. Thanks.
