where's my equipment then?

I ordered Virgin Media on Saturday, had an estimated delivery date of today and have heard nothing. Please confirm when I will receive my equipment.

  • Orders were delayed by warehouse ammonia leak meaning 3rd party staff could not process orders for kit. Whilst that is resolved, there was a back log and it's being worked through. AFAIK, VM were hoping to have kit sent out by 24th Dec for backlog, but that may not be possible for orders in past few days. Forum staff might comment if they have more information to hand. Some areas might have high delivery demand, so it's not impossible that the courier, normally Yodel, might have a specific issue in actual delivery despite having the kit from VMs warehouse....

    Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Mon to Fri, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Sat and Sun. and book a Tech install if you can.

    And/Or... If just waiting on a Hub delivery, call the the Sales team on 0800 183 1234 and see what they say
