Volt M350 - wouldn’t bother
Come home again to no working wifi, status test and connect app tells me everything is fine. At least twice a week we are resetting the box but lose signal sporadically every few days. Absolute joke of a service. Called the support line there to be told their tests are taking longer than expected but eventually the automated person said no issues. Clearly there are.
Engineer here in October and replaced the box and it’s no better since. Had sky for 7 years, their WiFi gets slated but in all that time im lucky if it has to reset my router twice. Any ideas and worst case how bad does the service and signal loss need to be for us to get out of the WiFi part of the contract without penalty?
