Untidy Install

My install was completed this Wednesday 7th Jan and the broadband is working perfectly and is such an improvement.

When the install was happening I had to go to an appointment and my mum was there to let the engineer out when he had finished. I know she was not pleased with the work and advised the engineer that I would probably get in touch.

I’m really disappointed in the wiring it is so untidy and wanted someone to come out and rectify it and wanted to know who the best person to contact in this matter. I have included some photos. The wire is so thick it doesn’t even bend round the door and instead of going over the front door they of gone across the wooden frame.

    Very Insightful Person

Current VM installations use a radio frequency system over copper coaxial cables. These are similar to TV aerial coaxial cables & have to be this thick to avoid signal loss. Sharp bends will inevitably damage these cables leading to service issues. Apart from what is shown in the last picture the installation is correct with respect to the specification of the cables being used for the service.
