TOTAL FAILURE- CONSTANT LIES

Pre works 

Been waiting since 5 September for pre works to come and fix a blockage prior to broadband installation. 

they’ve never turned up despite providing me three seperate dates to install and sending out countless Virgin staff to pull the cable ( through blocked pipe) Virgin attend ask if the pre works are done and then leave. 

is this a record ( doubt it) And please don’t even get me onto the online chats/whatsapp- constant lies about installation.

    No, not a record. You'd have to wait well over a year to beat that.
