the router is not connecting

i am a new customer of virgin media and to say i am highly disappointed in them today is another thing

i just got their broadband package and what i have been getting from all conected devices is '' the router cannot connect to the internet''

    If it was a self install then the hub has probably not been assigned to your account. 

    Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
