Technician survey not received

Hi, 

Looking for someone to pass on some positive feedback abiut the technician who came to my property this morning ro install/set up my virgin media. I've not received the survey email but I hope this post finds him and his manager and credit is due. 

 

The technician Matthew H 74502 was absolutely brilliant. From the moment I opened the door he was polite and very respectful of my property (making sure he always put on his shoe protectors each time he entered my home again). He made sure the cable outside my property wad fitted as best as could be despite the box being located far from where the box was. He discussed his professional opinion on best method and once done it was perfect. Inside my property he was tidy, well organised and friendly. Made sure everything was in full working order before leaving. 

 

10/10 for Matthew H. Hopefully this reaches him and his manager as he deserves some credit 👏
