Spotter to connect property
Hey Virgin, we have moved into a property that is on a street/estate serviced by Virgin fibre and the cable runs along past our property, however our house isn't connected. We have been in the property for 3 weeks and I've called Sales 4 times to raise this spotter, but had zero feedback or timescale on when anyone is going to come out.
It feels to be an impossible task to get Virgin to connect us and start a new service contract, especially in a world where we rely so much on broadband. Not sure what the problem is or why know one seems to understand our request. We can't carry on for much longer waiting for Virgin to wake up and do something and we'll just have to go to another provider who wants our business.
