Thanks for taking the time to raise the red light on your Hub with us via the forums, we understand the confusion this can cause and welcome to the community.
Although you have advised the Hub is still working, this is something we'd like to take a closer look at. I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.
It is likely a faulty LED on the Hub but it can also be a sign of overheating, please follow the steps below:
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.
