Service degraded for weeks with intermittent connection issues
Hi, my area has had connection problems for weeks, I've had intermittent internet, at times being knocked out for the entire evening.
I have received numerous texts from virgin over this time saying the area issues are resolved but they simply aren't.
Customer service on the phone fobs me off with connection monitoring which goes knowwhere.

It's making working extremely difficult, I'm hoping to flag the attention of the mods here to see what can be done.
