Router login

Hi 

I can't login to my router even tho iv reset the password to factory settings and I still can't log in can someone help please

    Try a 60 second factory pinhole reset as below;
    Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds.  Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards.

    Also note there are two different passwords, one is for the Wifi, and the other is the admin (settings) password for the Hub's console.

    When logging into the Hub, I strongly recommend using a wired connection.  If using Wifi there is a chance you will be disconnected and not be able to reconnect as you old session will still be active.
