Unable to login to router and connect app won't connect

Hi all I've been having problems with the connect app it can't find the router or hub and I'm am not able to login to the router I put in password then I get just a blank screen and it not load up at all. 

  • Hub 4 ?

    If yes, Press RESET for 60 seconds, then leave the Hub powered on to revert to the factory settings.

    After the factory reset completes, if the admin menu still does not work, request a replacement Hub.

    Having exactly same issues. But unable to get anywhere with virgin. 

    Also wifi keeps dropping out. Give me my superhub2 back!!!

      Had no joy in resetting hub been done numerous times and by the engineer

        Thanks for reaching out us Alanb2, and I'm sorry to hear of this matter with the Connect App and our router.

        Have you been able to log into the hub via a web browser with the details itemised on the base of the hub?

    He came said the wifi signal needed reseting replaced the connectors but since then we have lost the signal 3 times last night the hub was reset to factory settings by the engineer but I'm still unable to log into settings to change password or wany thing like that just get a loading screen and the connect app still don't work. Still saying hub not found. 

  • Same here, blank screen after logging into the router and the Connect App gave up the ghost some time ago, so cannot check my Pods are working properly.

    Done the re-boot and app reinstall thing.

      Welcome back to the community forums 

      Sorry to hear you're also not able to see your hub settings. 

      Can you try seeing if this works on another device or browser please? Keep us posted with how you get on

    Odd, I can log in via my laptop but not desktop (both on WiFi). Phone app still showing hub not found.

      Hey billkilv, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

      I would delete the app reinstall it or make sure to reset the router and re-login in this should find the new hub for you. 

      Please make sure the old hub is not currently plugged in when trying this.
