Return equipment
I cancelled my virgin media account but I am still being charged because I haven't been able to return my equipment. I have requested the return box 3 times and haven't received it. I've tried live chat several times and requested someone contact me through WhatsApp but get a error message and chat shuts down.
I'll pay to return it but where do I send it to?
