Reroute external cable
I require my external cable rerouting, I have been unable to get through to VM by phone, could a VM agent please advise how I can arrange an engineer visit to undertake this work.

If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you. The standard £25 non fault call out fee should cover this work.
