Reroute external cable
My driveway is being reconfigured, the builders have started excavation and come across virgin cable. Spoke to a customer service representative last week and they were meant to send someone out to do this, but they haven't turned up.
Can someone from virgin please contact me to get this rearranged as i cannot get through to anyone over the phone and the delay in the cable being rerouted is causing delays with the contractors doing my driveway.
Also, has anyone had anything similar done and was it a seamless process? I'm not convinced that even if they had sent someone that the work would have fully been undertaken as i'm not sure the representative knew exactly what i meant.
