We currently have the Hub 5. To be honest I'm not impressed with it.
I'd like a replacement but with the Hub 4 instead which I find is so much better from past experience.
Can someone from VM please respond and get in contact.

If wifi is still the issue all VM hubs have feable wifi. You need to stick them in modem mode and use your own better router.

I realise you said you have previous experience of the hub 4 and found it better than the hub5 however to be perfectly honest most people on the forum are requesting an upgrade to the hub 5 from the older hub3 and hub4. A large number of the posts do also seem to indicate that the wifi on the hub 5 is actually better than that on the older hubs, especially the hub 4.
Also the hub 4 isn't capable of wifi 6, unlike the hub 5.
Perhaps the internet signal has degraded since you had the hub 4.
What actual isses are you having? It might be an idea to post your stats so the learned internet guru's can cahcek and advise.

Think I will keep the current Hub 5 at the moment. I will look further into the issues I am having.
