Reconnection after building work

Hi,

 

I have had some renovation work to my home, which meant removing the existing virgin media connection. The main building work has finished, and I would like to have my home reconnected. There is currently no existing virgin media hardware left, only the remains of a cable from the roadside that was used to feed the fibre optic cable to the house. 

Who/which team do I need to contact to have a new/reconnection?

    Call customer service and follow the same options as for reporting a fault.  Or wait for a VM person to pick this up.

    Are you saying you didn't keep any of the equipment like cables, boxes, splitters, etc?

    Not completely clear from your post, do you still have the Virgin connection to your house.
