Quick install kit not arrived

My quick install kit has not arrived. 

I ordered M500 on Friday, requested 3/12 or 4/12 as activation. Kit wasn’t due for delivery until 4/12 which is when the email promised activation. I have received no tracking number. 

There is no information in my VM account other than to contact yodel. My yodel account shows a parcel tracking number, but yodel say that VM hasn’t dispatched the parcel. I don’t appear to be the only person in this situation. 

Please could a staff member update me on when I will receive the kit?

    Many of us in the same boat and simply wanting an honest answer about when we are actually likely to receive the kit - and why we are experiencing the delays? 

    Even if the delivery was delayed until next week, I would have more respect if the company were just honest about it, and kept us in the loop of what is going on.
