Property not showing as available for broadband

Hi my property hasn't been been fitted with fibre as it was empty for several years. The only connection to the property is copper overhead telephone which is in disrepair. I can literally see the green cabinet and there is 2 poles that lead from mine directly to and passed the cabinet. As far as I can see it would be a straightforward install of overhead cables using the existing poles. Any advice would be appreciated. We have lived here now for 3 years with terrible SIM card broadband. Cheers.

    We aren't able to arrange this for you via the forums but if you call the Sales team on 0800 183 1234 they can arrange for someone to go out and check if a connection can be installed 😊👍

     

    The visits can take up to 10 days but if it is possible they will let you know and make the necessary arrangements for you.
