Hi, can someone from management or higher than sales supervisor please respond to me . I am wanting to talk to someone about getting virgin in my street that has been networked but nobody has setup all the addresses in my postcode to be serviced. I.e my literally next door neighbours can get virgin but I can't but I actually can. As I said I have been dug up and the cabinet and manhole covers are at our doors.
You may have to wait 2 or 3 days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
Do bear in mind that it takes more than an access cover outside your door to give you a service. Each cabinet has a finite number of connections, and if they have all been taken up by subscribers there will be no capacity for new ones.
The issue is that on the site and when you speak to sales team they say I can't get it cos it's not in my area but literally the even numbers from like the 50's can. It's supposedly to do with the engineers not completing all the works .... ?
Do you have a VM service hatch at the boundary of your property ? ( share a photo )
It might look similar to these, can also be metal ...
I have these all over my street right up to my close entrance and the cabinets (2 of them installed also ) but according to the sales team we don't have Virgin in my area. Yet when they use the 2 nd postcode I have for my street or just put I higher even door number in above 50 miraculously I have Virgin in my area.
